IntarsiaStudio Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates intarsiawoodpatterns.com and provides digital woodworking pattern downloads and AI-assisted pattern generation tools. Our contact address for privacy matters is legal@intarsiawoodpatterns.com.

Account & purchase data: When you create an account or buy a pattern, we collect your email address, display name, and billing details processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

Usage data: We automatically collect log data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent, to operate and improve the service.

AI generator inputs: Images you upload to the Intarsia AI Generator are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies (which you may decline). We do not sell cookie data to advertising networks.

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill your orders and deliver purchased digital files
• Maintain your account and purchase history (My Blueprints library)
• Send transactional emails (receipts, download links)
• Send marketing emails if you opted in via the newsletter form (unsubscribe any time)
• Detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Sale
• Improve the platform through aggregated, anonymized analytics

We share personal data only with third-party service providers who help us operate the site (payment processing, email delivery, hosting). These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to perform services for us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of IntarsiaStudio, our users, or the public.

We retain your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you access to your purchased blueprints. If you request account deletion, we will erase personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records kept for 7 years).

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR for EEA residents and CCPA for California residents), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at legal@intarsiawoodpatterns.com with the subject line "Privacy Request."

We use industry-standard measures (TLS encryption, access controls, routine security reviews) to protect your data. No system is completely secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via email or a prominent site notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
