Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on intarsiawoodpatterns.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. "Patterns," "blueprints," or "files" refer to the digital SVG/PDF woodworking templates sold on this site.

All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. IntarsiaStudio reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged.

Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout based on your location, as required by law.

We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. We do not store payment card details.

All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, purchased patterns are immediately available in your My Blueprints library. You will also receive a confirmation email with download links.

Downloads are available for 12 months from the purchase date. After that period, files remain in your library as long as your account is active.

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable as a general rule. However, we will provide a full refund in the following situations:

• The file you received is corrupted or unreadable
• The delivered file is materially different from the product description
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error

To request a refund, email support@intarsiawoodpatterns.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the pattern for your own woodworking projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the digital files. For full license terms, see our License Agreement.

If AI generation credits are purchased, unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase (instead of contacting us) may result in account suspension. We encourage customers to contact us first — we are happy to resolve any issue directly and promptly.

IntarsiaStudio's liability for any purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital patterns.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
